Projects

With training in both waterfall and agile project management, I can help you project and process manage your team in a way that works best for them. Understanding that different projects and teams need help at different stages, I offer 3 different services for you to choose from.

 

 

In-House Project Lead

6 Month Minimum (subject to availability and time)

Getting started on a brand new, long-term brand or marketing project and need PM support? I got you! As an In-House Project Lead, I will be with you at every step of the way including project goal planning, project initiation, execution, and conclusion. This service is great for projects such as product launches, large marketing campaigns, events, etc.

What’s included:

  • Initial Alignment & Team Introduction Call

  • 6-month Business Goals and Project Plan Documents

  • Project Meetings (including project statuses, creative reviews, etc) up to 4 hours per week

  • Availability via Email during PST work hours

 

 

Short-Term Project Support

3 Month Maximum

For projects that are short-term or currently in-progress, I offer quick project support to help you get to the finish line on time. This service is designed for smaller projects that have tight deadlines, maternity/family leave fills, extra support for holiday/ launch campaigns, etc.

What’s included:

  • Initial Alignment & Team Introduction Call

  • Project Status Meetings up to 2 hours per week

  • Availability via Email during PST work hours

 

 

Project Management Blueprint

One Month

Whether you are starting brand new project team, growing your current one, or even a solo project manager, understanding how to properly set-up and initiate your projects is key in order for the project to succeed. With the PM Blueprint service, you'll work with me to understand your team and project needs and build out a blueprint for success. I will factor in your current processes and team dynamics to ensure the blueprint is aligned with your team needs.

What’s included:

  • Full Audit of Current Systems

  • 4 sessions to discuss process and efficiency improvements

  • Basic Account Set Up OR Account Optimization

  • Video Walk Throughs

 

 

Project Management Strategy Session

One Week

Designed for functional project teams who have specific areas of concerns or who just want to get an assessment on the general health of their project systems and processes. Recommended for teams who have established workflows for their project(s) who are looking for a fresh, new perspective.

What’s included:

  • Full Audit of Current Systems

  • 1-2 Live sessions to discuss process and efficiency improvements

  • Next Steps Guidelines and Recommendations PDF

How It Works

  • 1. After you book a call, we'll get on a call to make sure it's a good mutual fit.

    2. I'll send a proposal + invoice.

    3. We'll have an Initial Alignment call + Team Introduction Calls.

    4. During the first month, we will create a 6-month project plan/ business goals plan.

    5. As we work through your project, I will be available for project meetings to help move the project forward.

    6. You will get a check-in with me every other week to assess project needs and next steps.

    7. One month prior to close out, we will discuss smooth project close-out and transition.

    8. Project Close-out.

    3. Week 1: Auditing -- this will include meetings with key team members, walkthrough of your current system and/or future state, assessment of file organization systems and briefing systems.

    4. Week 2: I will create a proposal for process improvement and enhancements, including next steps. Account Setup/Optimization begins by end of week.

    5. Week 3: Refine process improvement documents based on your feedback. Starting testing new or updated methods utilizing project software (set up in week 2).

    6. Week 4: Feedback on new methods (if any). Deliver blueprint and guideline for process improvements next steps, including outlining how to measure progress.

    7. Video walkthroughs folder completed and delivered.

    3. Day 1-2: Audit of Current Systems - you walk me through your current processes and/or areas of concerns (live session #1).

    4. Day 2-4: I provide a Next Steps Guidelines and Recommendations proposal.

    5. Day 5: Discuss proposal and address any questions or feedback (live session #2, if needed).

    6. Day 6-7: Finalize Guidelines and deliver.
